Specialized Family Therapy & Relationship Counseling

Jane Legwold offers expert help with family therapy and relationship counseling in South West Minneapolis, Minnesota. Individuals, couples, and families all benefit from these therapy sessions. I work primarily with the adults in a family and work collaboratively with therapists working with the children.

Helping Interpersonal Issues

Along with providing general psychotherapy and specialized services to adults, I provide couples and family therapy. I look together with my clients at relationship patterns, where those originated and the ways those show up in their adult relationships. Issues I frequently address are codependency, shame, infidelity, parenting and substance abuse by a family member. I provide education and with my expertise we are able to work collaboratively to make the needed changes to improve those relationships. I welcome people from diverse religions, cultures, racial backgrounds, and sexual orientations.

Educational Services

In addition to psychotherapy services, I provide consultation and education to the general public, as well as health care professionals. I collaborate on a regular basis with a wide variety of health care professionals. I also provide the following array of other mental health-related services:
